"I heard that there was some trouble getting more adults to come. But it seems to have worked out. It's a shame about the alcohol though..." A party can still be a party without it but it does make things more interesting. Swimming and drinking is not necessary the best combination anyway.

THey would probably still have to move the parties around so that the Bureau couldn't follow them around but it would be worth it.
